Roscommon GAA & Club Rossie are donating €10,000 to the Mayo Roscommon Hospice from their Win a House in Dublin campaign.
The funds will be ring-fenced for the building of the Roscommon Hospice Unit in Roscommon town.
The Win a House in Dublin campaign which concludes on the 30th December 2018 has been very successful with over €900,000 worth of tickets sold so far. The prize of a €425,000 house in Ashtown, Dublin 15 is proving very popular and gives Roscommon GAA and Club Rossie the opportunity to give back to a cause which is very close to the hearts of many people in the West of Ireland.
CEO of Mayo Roscommon Hospice Martina Jennings said “We are so grateful to Club Rossie for choosing a local charity to benefit from their kind donation. The money will be ring-fenced into the Roscommon Hospice building fund, which will be completed by January 2021.”
