  1. The prize is provided by Club Rossie.
  2. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
  3. Club Rossie, their agents, related companies, their families, agencies and associated companies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from the competition.
  4. There will be one winner who will win the following: 1 Ticket to Win A House In Dublin Draw
  5. To enter you must “Like” the Win A House In Dublin page (facebook.com/winahouseindublin) “Tag” a friend in the comments of the pinned post and “Share” the pinned post.
  6. The competition will run from 20.00 BST on Sunday, 21st October 2018 until 23.59 BST on Thursday, 25th October 2018.
  7. One winner will be selected at random from all entries and announced on the Win A House In Dublin Facebook page on Friday, 26th October 2018.
  8. Club Rossie’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The Winner shall be notified via Facebook and given 3 calendar days from the date of notification to claim the prize. In the event that the Winner fails to respond within that period, chooses not to accept the Prize or is ineligible for the Draw, he/she shall be immediately disqualified from the Draw and he/she shall forthwith relinquish any right or entitlement to the Prize. Club Rossie shall then draw from all remaining eligible entries and an alternative Entrant shall be selected as winner of the Prize. The same terms will apply.
  10. Club Rossie reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition, extend the closing date or amend these terms and conditions.
  11. Prize is not transferable for cash or any other alternative.
  12. Prize is subject to availability.
  13. Club Rossie accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
