The Win A House in Dublin campaign, organised by Roscommon GAA’s commercial and fundraising team, Club Rossie, has raised over €300,000 in the first 18 days.
This is a phenomenal response to the Draw which will take place on December 30th 2018, in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone.
Some interesting stats from the first 3,000 tickets sold:
- At least one ticket has been purchased in each of the 32 counties.
- The top selling counties are:
1. Dublin
2. Roscommon
3. Kildare
4. Galway
5. Meath - In Dublin, the most enthusiastic purchasers are in Dublin 15, Dublin 11 and Dublin 7.
- Tickets have also been purchased internationally, in 16 countries.
The funds raised will be used to develop the facilities of Dr. Hyde Park and to help implement the strategic plan of Roscommon GAA which includes the future development of the Dermot Earley Centre of Excellence.
A maximum of 15,000 tickets are going to be sold. The Draw will independently audited and monitored and broadcast live on Facebook and Twitter.
